These terms are between you and Olee AI LLC, which runs VibeCheck. Using VibeCheck means you accept them.
The service
VibeCheck reads comments on a YouTube channel you own or manage and, following the rules you set, flags, holds or removes them through the YouTube API. VibeCheck uses YouTube API Services, so you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Your part
- Connect only channels you are allowed to moderate.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Your moderation rules are yours. Do not use VibeCheck to silence people unlawfully.
Automated decisions
VibeCheck uses AI to judge comments, and AI makes mistakes. Holding is reversible from your review queue or YouTube Studio. Removing is not: YouTube does not let a removed comment be published again. Choose the remove setting only if you accept that.
Plans and payment
Free is free. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and renews until you cancel from Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next charge; Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email.
Limits
VibeCheck is provided as is. We are not liable for comments that were or were not moderated, or for YouTube changing or limiting its API. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or YouTube's. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
